Conditions of Sale

Evening box office
The office opens half an hour before concert begin.

Methods of payment
The payment of season subscriptions and tickets is possible by means of bank transfer, as well as Diners Club, Eurocard|Mastercard und VISA. For personal orders we also accept cash.

Cancellation
The cancellation of tickets for events of the Vienna Walzer Concerts is explicitly excluded. Ticket orders on our website, hotline or as e-mail can be cancelled within 48 hours before the concert including a cancellation penalty of 20 %. If you want to change a reservation to another day, you can rebook without any fees – depends on the availability – within 48 hours before the concert you booked first.
Please consider the return of e-tickets is explicitly excluded and a cancellation is not possible.

Postal Service
Booked tickets can only be sent to you by post within Austria. You may choose to have the tickets sent either by recorded mail (charge EUR 4,-) or by normal delivery mail. In the case of normal delivery mail Vienna Walzer Concerts can accept no liability for subsequent loss of booked tickets. Paid tickets can be picked up at our ticket office or at the evening box office.

Ticket return
The return of purchased tickets is unfortunately not possible.
